Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Email and Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle email strategy and deployment for high-visibility programs across buying groups. You will define segmentation, cadence, content POV, and KPIs, partnering with Integrated counterparts to align and deploy in Marketo Engage or equivalent platforms.

You will build end-to-end email programs, ensure governance, and apply AI-assisted copy and personalization tooling while maintaining compliance and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B email or lifecycle marketing with hands-on MA deployment.
• Experience deploying programs in enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Marketo Engage required; other platforms acceptable.
• Depth in audience selection, triggered sends, dynamic content, branching logic.
• Ability to define KPIs, measurement and performance insights.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and email campaign architecture across nurtures, webinars, invites, and launches.
• Manage strategy for high-visibility books mapped to buying groups and ABX motion.
• Define audience segmentation and cadence for complex programs.
• Collaborate with Content Strategists on email content journey recommendations.
• Set volume and cadence plans with governance and fatigue rules.
• Define KPIs by campaign type and tie to business outcomes.
• Build and deploy programs end-to-end in Marketo Engage or similar platform.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for persona-level content and approvals.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests; report insights to stakeholders.
