Job summary

VelocityEHS is seeking a Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager to drive email programs across the entire customer lifecycle for a B2B SaaS audience.

You will manage Marketo and 6sense campaigns, develop nurture programs, and leverage AI-enabled insights to optimize targeting, personalization, and performance. Collaboration with multiple marketing teams and cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience.
• Experience with Marketo and 6sense; AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong audience segmentation, personalization, and delivery optimization.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee email marketing across prospect and customer lifecycles.
• Manage Marketo and 6sense campaigns, including AI capabilities.
• Create dashboards and report on monthly/quarterly results.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Translate lifecycle strategy into end-to-end email flows.
• Ensure brand voice, compliance, and quality of AI outputs.
