Job summary

Benco Dental in Pittston, PA (Hybrid) seeks a Practice Lifecycle Coordinator to oversee CRM, client communications, discovery calls, and document management, ensuring files are up to date and tasks are organized efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in communications or business administration, plus proven coordination or project management experience. A Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred. Onsite work two days per week at our Pittston home office is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in communications and/or business administration.
• Proven experience in program coordination or project management.
• Experience in content creation and social media management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Practice Lifecycle lead pipeline.
• Collaborate with solutions team to develop program materials.
• Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders to manage start-up leads.
• Monitor program metrics and report performance with insights.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
