Job summary

As a Lifecycle Automation Specialist, you will configure, test, deploy, and optimize lifecycle automation experiences to engage students with timely, personalized messages throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience supporting CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or related platforms.
• Experience configuring or supporting marketing automation, customer engagement, or CRM solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and deploy lifecycle automation solutions using established patterns.
• Configure audiences, workflows, personalization, and engagement logic per designs.
• Perform QA testing to validate functionality, data accuracy, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems.
• Partner with Senior Specialists and Managers to implement lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with Automation Enablement to ensure production readiness and standards.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, activities, testing results, and updates.
• Identify improvements to strengthen automation quality and consistency.
