Job summary

RYZE seeks a Lifecycle Operations Manager to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution. You will turn briefs into live, tested flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, owning the lifecycle stack from data governance to delivery.

You will coordinate email and SMS, ensure tracking accuracy across Shopify, Recharge, and on-site events, and lead onboarding of new capabilities with a pragmatic, tested approach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM ops at a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo for flows, segments, templates, and integrations.
• Experience with Shopify and Recharge data, including subscriptions.
• Experience with an SMS platform (Postscript preferred).
• HTML/CSS and templating logic for dynamic content.
• Experience partnering with developers on integrations and events.
• Strong understanding of experiment design and live testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into built experiences in Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Interrogate briefs to surface gaps and propose workable solutions.
• Configure full logic: triggers, filters, splits, timings, suppression.
• Coordinate email and SMS to avoid conflicts and ensure governance.
• Own technical health of lifecycle stack: Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify, Recharge.
• Verify tracking landings and events across platforms.
