Clearlink Technologies, LLC is building a centralized Lifecycle Marketing function and seeks a Lifecycle Operations Manager to own platforms, data, and programs that power scalable email programs across our brands.

You will manage Iterable and Digioh implementations, optimize deliverability and data quality, and lead analytics-driven testing and growth initiatives while partnering with brand teams and IT. This is remote-first with hybrid options for Salt Lake City-area colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing an enterprise lifecycle messaging platform (Iterable) and onsite capture (Digioh).
• Strong analytics skills, including A/B testing and campaign reporting.
• Experience improving deliverability and data quality across multiple brands.
• Proven ability to partner with brand teams and IT/data teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the email product and lifecycle platform, including configuration, segmentation, and automation.
• Own data quality, deliverability, authentication, and list hygiene across brands.
• Lead testing and optimization to translate results into backlogs for improvement.
• Build and scale lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate data flows between Digioh, Iterable, and internal systems; manage ESP/vendor relationships.
