Job summary

RyZE is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Manager to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution, building robust Klaviyo and Postscript flows that scale with our growing DTC brand. You’ll own the technical health of our lifecycle stack (Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify, Recharge), ensure accurate event tracking, and lead QA, testing, and experimentation frameworks in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing lifecycle flows in Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Recharge data models and subscription rules.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email and dynamic content logic.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into robust, tested flows in Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Own the technical health of lifecycle stack: integrations, data governance, and events.
• Configure triggers, filters, and profile properties; ensure governance and safety nets.
• QA emails/SMS, landing pages, and subscription configurations; support A/B testing.
