Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Syosset, NY seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensure a high-quality member experience, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will monitor food quality, manage light prep, adjust schedules, mentor the team, and handle customer questions while upholding safety and standards. This is an hourly role with wages starting at $18.75 and up to $22.25, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
