Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations and deliver a high-quality member experience. The role motivates staff to ensure excellent customer service and monitors food quality and speed of service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 30 days, and ServeSafe within 60 days. Night and weekend availability is required; wage range starts at $16.25 per hour and rises with experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days.
• ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
• Manages light food prep responsibilities
• Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
