Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations and deliver a high-quality member experience. You will motivate staff to ensure excellent service, monitor food quality, and maintain speed of service.

The role requires supervising and supporting the team, managing food prep, and responding to member questions with professionalism. Night and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader with high level of customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food prep responsibilities.
• Respond quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
