Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Florida seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations, deliver a high-quality member experience, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.

You will monitor food quality and speed of service, manage schedules, provide leadership, handle light food prep, and respond to member questions while maintaining a positive guest experience. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Evening and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
• Manages light food prep responsibilities
• Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
