The role requires lifting ability, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications within specified timeframes, and availability for nights and weekends as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to be stationary and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader with high level of customer and team support.
• Ensures correct preparation of menu items and professional service.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
