Job summary

Life Time LifeCafe Supervisor oversees daily shift operations, delivering a high-quality experience to members while motivating staff to ensure excellent customer service. They monitor food quality and speed of service to create a positive member and guest experience.

The role includes scheduling adjustments, acting as shift leader, ensuring proper menu preparation, handling promotions and disciplinary actions, and managing light food prep. Availability on nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
