Qualifications

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Willing to participate in MANDT training.
• Safely manage physically or verbally challenging students.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom work under the direction of the teacher to support lesson plans.
• Assists other personnel as needed to complete work activities.
• Implements instructional behavioral programs under supervision to improve student outcomes.
• Maintains students' files/records for documentation and data collection.
• Monitors students in various settings to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Performs clerical tasks like scheduling and copying to support staff.
• Assists with daily living skills and personal care as required.
• Demonstrates tact, courtesy, and attention to deadlines in daily duties.
