Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Managing Director to accelerate growth in the Life Sciences business and lead complex transformations across clinical research, patient services, product commercialization, and supply chain. You will originate and expand strategic client relationships and shape capabilities to improve outcomes and resilience.

This role requires 12+ years in consulting or Life Sciences, strong executive presence, and the ability to travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Deep Life Sciences expertise across clinical research, patient services, commercialization, or supply chain.
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives and executive client relationships.
• Experience connecting business strategy with data, analytics, technology, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close significant transformation opportunities in Life Sciences accounts.
• Provide executive leadership for complex transformations spanning clinical research, patient services, commercialization, and supply chain.
• Develop growth priorities and go‑to‑market strategies for West Monroe’s Life Sciences practice.
• Lead pursuits from opportunity identification through executive presentations and negotiations.
• Manage client outcomes, engagement quality, and risk with senior stakeholders.
