Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Life Sciences/Pharma.
- Proven track record of leading growth strategies and transformations.
- Experience presenting at industry events or publishing in industry outlets.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and direction for Global Life Sciences/Pharma at Slalom.
- Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans and drive targets.
- Advise clients on business/technology transformations and capabilities.
- Develop our Life Sciences community, experts, and offerings.
- Ensure processes, data, and people align to drive enterprise performance.
- Collaborate with Global Partners to serve Life Sciences clients.
- Lead within the Global Industry Community and model Slalom values.
