- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Lead client workstreams moving commercial strategy from design into execution
- Shape ambiguous transformation objectives into clear workplans, milestones, deliverables, and decision points
- Lead workstreams and manage analysts/consultants to produce client-ready outputs
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, including working sessions, feedback, risks, and next steps
- Translate commercial strategy into operating model activation, process design, business requirements, change impacts, and adoption plans
