Job summary

West Monroe in the United States seeks a Managing Director to lead the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, focusing on healthcare providers. This executive will help grow our national Provider business, advising large health systems and specialized providers, including home and community-based care.

You will originate and expand executive client relationships, lead complex enterprise transformations, and shape differentiated capabilities that strengthen West Monroe’s position in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare consulting, provider strategy, operations, transformation, or related experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare provider organizations including health systems and home/community care.
• Proven success advising C-suite executives on strategic, operational, technology, and transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite healthcare executives, bringing deep provider expertise and understanding of strategic issues.
• Provide executive leadership for complex, enterprise-level transformations, linking market dynamics to client priorities.
• Maintain oversight of client outcomes, engagement quality, financial performance, staffing, risk, and senior relationships.
• Mobilize and develop high-performing teams, providing executive direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations for clients.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes.
