Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Healthcare Practice. You will lead client engagements, drive transformation initiatives, and contribute to growth of clients and practice.

Responsibilities span client delivery, project management, and business development across healthcare operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 30–50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in a team-based consulting environment with external clients.
• Experience in organizational transformation, process improvement, product development, or leading teams and workstreams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops to define future state vision, business processes, and requirements across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Lead detailed requirements gathering and ensure alignment to business objectives.
• Lead package and solution evaluations aligned to industry leading practices within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Interface with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations and internal teams.
• Develop client-ready communications to support decision-making, project status, and risk mitigation.
• Lead the development of project deliverables including plans, implementation strategies, and financial models.
• Collaborate with engagement leadership to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support business development through proposals, approaches, and client presentations.
