Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a lead superintendent on life sciences construction projects
• Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
• Able to organize people, tools, and equipment and plan/manage multiple activities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to address conflict
• Commitment to quality and meeting customer expectations
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Act with integrity aligned with company values and expectations

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage field operations to meet project specifications and budget
• Prepare schedules with the project manager and ensure adequate manpower
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project schedules and progress
• Enforce safety and quality control policies and company regulations
• Provide timely progress and cost reporting and documentation
