The role is a temporary four-month assignment with a focus on sourcing and engagement of top talent.

The position aligns with market standards; responsibilities include building pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining ATS records.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
• Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
