Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant in its Life Sciences practice to lead teams on pricing, reimbursement, and market access projects for pharma, biotech and medical devices across global markets. You will drive project design, client engagement, and thought leadership while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, apply analytical methodologies, and develop strategic recommendations to address value, access, and pricing challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization strategy projects in life sciences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design, execute, and deliver projects on pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
• Demonstrate market research skills with qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys.
• Develop strategic recommendations addressing client business questions on value and access.
• Mentor junior team members and develop analytical methodologies for future engagements.
