Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead pricing, value and access projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and diagnostics clients. You will partner with senior staff to design proposals, manage teams across complex engagements, and deliver actionable insights to senior client stakeholders.

You will develop and communicate pricing and access strategies, support thought leadership, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 25% to serve global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy and planning.
• 5–7 years of transferrable consulting or work experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization projects.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, value, and access strategies for pharma and medical device clients.
• Lead project teams across large, complex engagements and communicate client deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify follow-on opportunities.
