Mettler Toledo Rainin is seeking a Service Sales Manager to expand service revenue across the United States. You will partner with seven Territory Sales Representatives to uncover service opportunities, grow recurring revenue, and strengthen customer relationships in Life Sciences accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Life Sciences, service sales, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue growth targets.

Responsabilités

• Drive the service sales strategy and achieve targets for new business, renewals, and service revenue growth.
• Partner with Territory Sales Representatives to identify, qualify, and pursue service opportunities across Life Science accounts nationwide.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and conversion planning.
• Meet with customers to understand their service needs, conduct business reviews, and recommend tailored service solutions.
• Lead the complete sales process from proposal development and presentation through negotiation and contract close.
• Expand service penetration within existing accounts while developing new customer relationships and uncovering untapped market opportunities.
