Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn and communicate scientific information effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–55% throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training and development program designed to build technical sales and business development skills.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Southeast U.S.
• Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative, solution-focused selling.
• Learn and communicate technical information related to laboratory and bioprocess products.
• Support existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional products and solutions.
• Conduct customer presentations, product discussions, and sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, technical, and customer support teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Identify new market opportunities and share customer insights with internal teams.
• Manage sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline development, and opportunities through CRM.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives.
• Develop the knowledge, relationships, and sales skills necessary for long-term career growth within the organization.
