QCS Staffing Ltd. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Recruitment Manager/Team Lead to drive the US recruitment function. You will manage, coach and develop recruiters, oversee KPI performance and stay hands-on in life sciences placements across engineering and related domains.

You will collaborate with sales and account managers to prioritize roles, support hiring needs, and maintain high standards of candidate screening and care. A structured career path and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment with proven delivery.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiters.
• Experience managing team KPIs including calls, submissions, placements with coaching.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach and develop recruiters with regular 1:1s and development plans.
• Lead team KPIs, including calls, submissions and placements, with regular reviews.
• Stay hands-on with life sciences recruitment and placements.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers to plan priorities and hiring needs.
• Support recruitment across engineering, construction, commissioning, qualification and validation.
• Maintain high standards for candidate screening, interview prep, feedback and care.
• Review pipelines to identify gaps and drive better results.
• Support onboarding and training to build recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
• Encourage referrals and opportunities to place contractors.
