Job summary

PerkinElmer/Project Farma in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Market Director, (Raleigh) Operations, to lead the regional CQV services market, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-quality delivery and client satisfaction. This full-time role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Travel domestically as needed; develop talent, manage resources, and partner with Site Leads and HR to build high-performing teams. Requires 16+ years in life sciences, strong leadership, and proven P&L management.

Qualifications

16+ years in life sciences, biotech GMP, with at least 7 years in professional services.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets in a services environment.
Strong leadership experience with a history of building and retaining high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of CQV processes, regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP), and industry standards.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a market strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services.
Identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to grow existing partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Oversee site dashboards, identify top accounts, and pursue expansion opportunities.
Lead talent development, succession planning, and coach Site Leads within the market.
Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across the market.
