Job summary

GQR is seeking a Recruiter to join our Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused role in New York. You will own the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement, partnering with internal teams to translate client requirements into strong candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has proven recruiting experience in Life Sciences or related industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions.
• Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment delivery process from candidate identification and sourcing through interview coordination and placement.
• Partner with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplines.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates for open positions and manage candidate activity through interview and placement.
