Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR and 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharma, or medical devices, with fluency in English and Spanish, experience with ATS and vendor management

Qualifications

• Recruit, interview, and hire for open positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Create onboarding programs and new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria with managers and staff.
• Source applicants via LinkedIn and networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting requirements.
• Identify and refine top candidates for roles.
• Plan interview and screening procedures, including calls and in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for all open positions.
• Work with hiring managers to understand department needs and job openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
