Quality Consulting Group in Puerto Rico is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team. You will work with hiring managers across IT, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates.

This role requires 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY. You should excel at scheduling, onboarding, and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years recruitment experience in IT, pharma, or MedTech.
• Experience with ATS and admin tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on department needs.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Develop onboarding programs and new-hire orientations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions.
• Plan interview procedures including screening calls and in-person interviews.
