Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver orientations.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates with managers and staff.
• Source applicants through online channels (LinkedIn and networks).
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting requirements.
• Identify and refine top talent from applicants.
• Plan interview and selection procedures (screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews).
