Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Recruiter to join a life sciences company in Silver Spring, MD. This onsite role requires coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding for a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, and strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, plus proficiency in Workday ATS and MS Office. Onsite presence is required two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using Workday ATS, including creating and managing requisitions.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Prior in-house recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities preferred.
• Experience supporting internship or early talent programs preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD a minimum of 2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting from requisition creation through offer stage.
• Create and manage requisitions within Workday ATS.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, debrief, and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer and onboarding activities.
• Assist with internship recruiting initiatives and maintain recruiting documentation and workflow materials.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while maintaining accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics.
