Pace Analytical in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Project Manager I for an onsite, full-time role. The PM will act as the primary liaison to clients and internal teams, manage project milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in project management with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; salary $55,000-$65,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, chemistry, or closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related operations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to clients regarding project updates and scope changes.
• Lead client meetings in-person or via teleconference.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff on project status and deliverables.
• Prepare and present intermediate to complex project reports and dashboards.
• Update LIMS with project cost, status, and client information.
• Support sample management for large/complex projects.
