Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support project management and sample receiving on site in Oakdale, MN. The role conducts administrative duties and provides customer service to clients Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with final offers based on location, experience, and internal equity. This full-time position supports Pace Life Sciences’ analytic and manufacturing services.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with computer applications and systems related to the work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process project management forms, documents and related materials.
• Provide standard research, feedback and decisions for staff and management.
• Direct client calls and coordinate responses with the project manager.
• Assist with client contact, invoicing and status monitoring of analysis.
