Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking a Project Coordinator I for an on-site role in Oakdale, MN. The position supports project management and sample receiving, while providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities include handling project forms, guiding staff on processes, coordinating resources, and assisting with client communications and invoicing under supervision. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of admin support experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with two years of admin support experience.
• Experience providing administrative support and customer service in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process standard project management forms, documents, databases and related materials.
• Provide guidance on project management policies and practices to staff and leaders.
• Handle client inquiries, coordinate resources and responses under supervision.
• Assist with client contact, check-in of samples, status monitoring, invoicing and follow-up.
• Direct client calls to the appropriate project manager for follow-up.
• Contribute to development of project objectives including budgets, timelines and resources.
