Job summary

Pace Analytical-Services-LL in Oakdale, MN, is seeking a Project Coordinator I for a full-time, onsite role. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hourly pay of $20.00.

This position supports project management and sample receiving, while delivering customer service across Pace’s client base. You will prepare and review project forms, assist with budgets and timelines, coordinate client communications, and help invoice clients as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong business English with spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides interpretation and guidance to staff regarding project management policies and practices for standard operations.
• Research, provide feedback and make decisions; assist with client feedback and invoicing as directed.
• Directs client calls to the appropriate project manager for follow-up.
• Assists with developing or participating in project objectives, budgets and timelines; presents information to management.
• Interprets and applies department policies; guidance on laws, codes and regulations.
• Contributes to department efficiency by participating in a work team and offering improvements.
• Promotes Pace’s mission and maintains a courteous, cooperative workplace.
