Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a mid-level Project Manager for our South San Francisco, CA facilities team. You will drive facility and capital projects within a GxP-regulated environment, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliant documentation.

You will work with Budgets, Schedules, KPI tracking, and vendor coordination, gaining exposure to pharma/life sciences facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial projects; pharma/biotech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility and capital projects within a GxP environment.
• Support project delivery, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope and timelines.
