Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support facility and capital projects within a GMP/GxP framework. You will coordinate documentation, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders under senior leadership, leveraging PDS processes to drive projects from initiation to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/construction/architecture or related field and 1–5 years of PM experience in commercial/institutional or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 1-5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial projects; pharma/biotech/life sciences is a plus.
• Budgets, scheduling, and contract administration knowledge.
• Ability to manage small to mid-sized projects ($50K-$200K) or contribute to larger initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of facility and capital projects in a GxP environment.
• Coordinate, document, and communicate with stakeholders under senior leadership.
• Develop project plans and budgets with facility, project, and construction managers.
• Track budgets, invoices, and variances; monitor schedule adherence.
• Ensure GDP, quality standards, and SOP compliance; manage RFIs and scope changes.
• Support vendor/contractor selection and performance; assist in planning and close-out.
