Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Life Sciences Senior Project Manager to lead complex laboratory, manufacturing, and building infrastructure projects in highly regulated environments. You will deliver projects with strategic leadership, leveraging JLL's national platform to drive outcomes for high-profile clients.

The role requires 7–10+ years in project/construction management, with base-building electrical/HVAC knowledge and strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA Construction certification a plus.
• 7–10+ years of project/construction management experience, preferably in Life Sciences or regulated settings.
• Certifications (Preferred): LEED, AIA, PE, PMP, and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project management leader for a major account in Deerfield, IL, including planning, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide supervisory leadership including people management, scheduling, and productivity improvements.
• Own KPIs and metrics; manage governance for project operations.
• Oversee and prepare project documentation across all phases of construction.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in project design and execution.
