Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client liaison, driving program execution, oversight, and value delivery across assigned brands. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, within‑scope, and on‑budget solutions while maintaining exceptional client service.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, leverage data and KPIs for actionable recommendations, and manage vendor relationships to maximize program performance and client value at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team.
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes within established timelines.
• Monitor funding and claims workflow; ensure POs are funded and audits are ready.
• Lead weekly client account meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Oversee invoicing, budgeting, and quarterly reporting; ensure accuracy of SOWs and reports.
• Develop and maintain client dashboards, trackers, and insights for program reviews.
• Coordinate with HUB PMs, escalate as needed, and track escalations to timely closure.
• Ensure communications tickets are resolved promptly and maintain program accountability.
