Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining exceptional client service.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop expertise in therapeutic areas, leverage data and KPIs to guide recommendations, manage vendor relationships, and drive program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and complete tasks to support program maintenance and updates.
• Review funding for VPC accounts daily to ensure POs are funded.
• Review approved claims and submitted tickets to avoid stalled claims.
• Maintain trackers including ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and LOE scoping forms.
• Approve escalation tickets as needed.
• Lead weekly client meetings with agenda topics and minutes.
• Monitor core metrics and advise on budget performance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program updates and accruals.
