Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous budgeting and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support program needs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program tasks and updates to meet timelines and budgets.
• Monitor funding and invoicing accuracy across accounts.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints and document decisions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program data and reports.
