Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client liaison and oversee program execution, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across brands.

You will work with stakeholders, manage reporting, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely launches within scope and budget, while delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years project or program management experience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and SOW alignment.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Prepare weekly progress and QBR updates.
• Maintain client dashboards and performance metrics.
