Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking an Associate Program Manager in North Carolina to oversee client relationships and program execution. You will manage budgets, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires 3–4 years in program management, exceptional communication, and strong MS Office skills, with travel up to 10%. You will collaborate across departments to maximize value for our healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–4 years of program or project management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment within a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% locally/externally.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the program budget and provide recommendations for cost management.
• Interface with clients and maintain essential relationships as the primary business contact.
• Lead regular status meetings and deliver presentations on program progress.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions aligned with brand strategy and landscape.
• Measure KPIs to drive data‑driven recommendations.
• Navigate client internal requirements and manage vendor relationships.
