Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Engineering/Construction).
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 15+ years in senior leadership within CM or CM-at-Risk environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong cost reporting and financial controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight from preconstruction to close-out across Life Science projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators to meet budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue Life Sciences opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor agreements.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and training.
