LF Driscoll is seeking a Project Executive, Life Sciences to lead the life sciences business and supervise PMs and staff. The role combines R&D and cGMP project delivery with strategic growth, talent recruiting, and risk management across multiple projects.

The executive will guide fiscal planning, ensure alignment with growth goals, and maintain high client satisfaction while mentoring leadership teams and driving quality, safety, and on-time delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior construction leader with life sciences R&D and cGMP delivery experience.
• Experience in financial planning, risk management, and multi-project oversight.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor life sciences talent and project leaders.
• Strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and partners.
• Own growth initiatives and align project outcomes with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, staffing, and risk management.
• Provide leadership to field teams and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Support policy adherence and cross-departmental operational alignment.
