Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Sr. Consultant to advance analytics and business insights across Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing. You will build client relationships, lead workstreams, and support growth through sales, training, and team engagement.

You’ll leverage AI-driven CRM strategies, collaborate across teams, and present insights using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel 70–80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience at a consulting firm focusing on analytics and business insights for Life Sciences (Sales & Marketing).
• Experience with datasets like IQVIA, Symphony.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Scala and BI tools.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformation initiatives.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams; build client relationships and conduct workshops.
• Develop and present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive analytics-based transformation projects and AI-driven strategies.
• Support business development, proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior staff.
