Sierra Solutions is seeking a Marketing Operations Business Solution Architect to design, optimize, and govern marketing technology solutions. This role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to align processes, data, analytics, and digital engagement platforms with business objectives and life sciences regulations.
The candidate will lead architecture workshops, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and CDP
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Extensive experience in life sciences marketing operations or solution architecture.
- Experience designing enterprise marketing technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing workflows and commercial operations.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, customer data and digital engagement platforms.
Mansioni
- Design and maintain end-to-end marketing operations architecture for diverse engagement programs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant technology solutions.
- Lead solution architecture workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Assess and redesign marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design data flows and integrations between various platforms to support customer engagement programs.
- Ensure solutions comply with life sciences regulations and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to drive transformation initiatives.
