Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Marketing Business Architect to align marketing strategy with business capabilities and deliver executable roadmaps. You will develop capability models, value streams, and information flows supporting marketing operations and digital experiences.

You will partner with Marketing, Digital, Data, and Product teams to translate strategy into actionable architecture, while guiding technology platforms such as CMS, CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions in a highly

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business architecture, marketing technology, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience developing business capability models, value streams, process models, information flows, and business requirements.
• Experience with ARIS or other enterprise process modeling tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Data, Product, Engineering and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and Product teams to align marketing strategy with business capabilities and delivery priorities.
• Develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, process frameworks, and information flows supporting marketing operations and digital experiences.
• Provide guidance for marketing technology platforms, including CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage multiple initiatives, identifying dependencies and improving processes; communicate recommendations to stakeholders across units.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams in cloud environments (AWS) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support technology initiatives enabling digital transformation in a highly regulated industry.
