Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager specialising in Salesforce MarTech Architecture within our Experience & Marketing Transformation team. You will lead the strategic design and delivery of Salesforce-based marketing technology ecosystems for Life Sciences clients, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalisation.

You will serve as the senior technical authority on complex Salesforce implementations, architecting data flows, omnichannel engagement, and regulatory governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple Salesforce implementation programmes at scale across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalisation.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory constraints and ABPI/FDA considerations.
• Hands-on architecture ownership and ability to communicate with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Salesforce MarTech architecture strategy for Life Sciences clients and oversee design of scalable ecosystems.
• Lead architecture reviews and design workshops with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design personalised omnichannel engagement strategies and integrate with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead technical workstreams ensuring architectural integrity, regulatory compliance and quality.
• Mentor managers and consultants to build Salesforce MarTech capability within the practice.
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to Deloitte Digital's reputation in Life Sciences MarTech.
